All of us could be players on the world stage, still the question remains why we reveal the emotional responses to the happenings depicted in the fiction, whether in print or visual presentation, just as in real life? Much enjoy dreams our imaginations get introduced to us over the mental screen as though we had been watching movies or television. And as in dreams the actual world becomes supplanted by the imagined virtual universe although we’re fully awake. That planet has great resemblance to the actual one and what happening in it appears real due to something shifting in our cognition faculty. But the mechanism which activates our emotional responses remains unchanged and consequently we react to the fiction in precisely the exact same manner as in actual life.
Here we have some similarity with the digital reality of the modern computer technology, which is an artificial environment created by software. It is presented to the audience in such a way in which the individual temporarily suspends own opinion pattern and accepts it as a true atmosphere. In a way it is not different from the occurrence of being transported to the imagined world of fiction, except the computer performing the job is in the mind and we don’t have any clue as to what is the software and who’s the programmer.
This brings us to the cause of emotional response itself. In respect to fiction the most common emotions are likes and dislikes that could turn into their more powerful forms of love and hate. In real life we love or hate a person because of some attachment through kinship, friendship, or even through indirect knowledge of the person. One cannot love or hate a person a person does not know in any way. Attachment can also be to other living beings, material things, and to imaginary things. We love or hate a story or even an idea. For a typical person it is impossible to live unattached to things in the world. If a person can eliminate attachment, one joins the rank of educated souls that are indeed rare. We carry our capacity and desire for attachment into the fanciful world of fiction. We view the characters we come to understand as the narrative progresses, form our preferences, and react in precisely the same manner as in real life except we cannot interact with them physically. But we do socialize with them in our minds and hearts out of where the feelings come. Extra resources is an area that is just filled with helpful information, as you just have read. What I have found is it really just depends on your goals and needs as it relates to your unique situation. There are probably more than a few particulars you have to pay close attention to on your side. Specifically how they effect what you do is something you need to carefully consider. The fact is that in a certain sense itself is fiction. Like a story it’s a beginning, an end, and also lot of stuff in between. We don’t know who writes this fiction nor will ever know. Thus we’ve got an innate affinity with fiction and cannot fully detach ourselves from it. And maybe that’s why, while studying or seeing fiction we get dropped in the wonderland of imagination, but for this brief period we function exactly in the exact same way as we would in the real world of our understanding. In that sense fiction is simply invented reality.
Theme is why fiction things, since it’s the quality that provides the story a universal appeal. Some say theme is what the story is all about, but that’s too ephemeral a definition, which might get confused with all the idea or the storyline.
Theme enriches and inspires the reader when saying something profound about the human state. Theme is the abstract concept behind the story forming the narrative’s heart and soul that the exposition, dialogue, and action reflect every opportunity they get.
Theme isn’t the characters or the plot or the first idea that started the narrative. By way of instance, a writer may start with the concept of exploring family connections between girls, but as his story progresses, his subject may shape up as forgiveness and understanding between different generations of guys. There are some topics on which it is very hard to write any kind of story.
Theme is indicated, occasionally without the author’s knowing of it at the beginning; nonetheless, more seasoned writers usually work on their subject more difficult than any other part of the narrative once they grab on to what it is they’re writing about.
In non-fiction, the author is suggested to hone in to his theme and begin referring to it right at the very first paragraph. In fiction, on the other hand, the motif generally flowers through the writing as the narrative progresses.
